BWCB Code of Ethics and Conduct

  1. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of personal information shared by members, unless required by law or with the member’s explicit consent.

  2. Encourage and support the professional development of members, including providing opportunities for mentorship and networking.

  3. Promote and support the inclusion and diversity within the community, and actively work to eliminate any barriers to participation.

  4. Foster a positive and supportive community by promoting open communication and constructive feedback.

  5. Be honest, transparent, and ethical in all interactions and transactions within the community.

  6. Respect the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, and trademarks.

  7. Follow all applicable laws and regulations related to data protection and privacy.

  8. Encourage and support the sharing of knowledge and resources within the community.

  9. Encourage and support the professional development of members, including providing opportunities for mentorship and networking.

  10. Report any suspected violations of any laws or regulations within the community.
